It was standing room only at the Pennsylvania Book Launch of my new nonfiction book, Threshold to Valley Forge: The Six Days of the Gulph Mills Encampment, on March 9, back where it all happened—on Rebel Hill and Gulph Mills. The event, sponsored by the King of Prussia Historical Society (KOPHS), was held at the West End Community Association (WECA) building on Supplee Lane. (See video below.) Both organizations have supported me since I was a baby—KOPHS when I was a baby historian many years ago, and WECA as an actual baby born in the neighborhood on Rebel Hill. It was great to be back home with old friends and new.
